Alam Lashes have no responsibility of disrupted packaging upon arrival to the customer but the fault of the courier/ transit; therefore no exchanges or refunds will be allowed.
It is the customers responsibility to check the products on arrival. Alam Lashes will provide a solution to broken products, not broken packaging packaging of products since that does not disrupt the use of the actual product. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
All tweezers and metal products are hand tested and checked before shipping out to customers; therefore we are not able to provide refunds, however we can send a replacement out within 5 days of the product being delivered. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels. Once return has been delivered, we will send out a replacement product.
For purchases that are unopened we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date. Refund will be sent out as soon as we receive the package and inspected. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
We are not liable for any return packages that may get lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of your postage and/ or return tracking number when you have shipped back your returns.
