About my Journey.

5 years prior to starting my business, I worked for a regular minimum wage job. I loved my job because part of my job was running a business, something I loved to do.

However I was feeling fulfilled. I became higher in management, connected with consumers an co-workers, learnt more on how to run business, l went on to do my coffee masters and even won and took part in competitions. So I asked myself, why am I not feeling fulfilled but achieving so much? The answer was simple. I was burnt out, working out of long hours, not having a life and work balance, and most importantly, I was really helping anyone or putting out useful information out, but only trying to prove something to myself.

I knew I had to start fulfilling what important to me, helping others growth to feel confident and special. I had an interest in lash extensions, but my interest in science and maths is what really connected me to the industry. Once learning how to do extensions and lash lifts, I went into a deep rabbit hole in learning about the science behind lash extensions and lifts; and that's what intrigued me, it's just about sticking a lash onto another lash. To understand the service, you have to understand the clients struggle. What are clients struggles? 'Fake looking' 'does suit my eye shape' 'looks like plastic', this is where the maths and science comes into place, and this is where my brands message came into place. I learnt everything about the science and maths of lashes to provide clients with the best health and safety rules in place, the biology of facial/ eye anatomy to create customised set for each single individual. My brand is there to help my clients and students to feel confident and safe in our environment, it's to make them feel each set and training is made for only them and them alone.
